Shipping policy

Made to order

Nothing we sell sits in a warehouse. Your order goes into production once you place it, which takes 2–7 working days before it ships. Caps are embroidered and tend to move faster; heavyweight pieces take a little longer.

Total time = production + delivery. A UK order placed today typically arrives within 5–12 working days. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise next-day and let you down.

A few items ship direct from the maker and may show a slightly different rate at checkout. Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves. Our pieces are made and sent by fulfilment partners in the UK and the EU, so an order with several items occasionally arrives in more than one parcel, a few days apart. Nothing has gone missing.

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 working days, email info@stickywillies.co and we'll chase it.

Customs and duties

UK orders: no customs charges.

Everywhere else: most of our orders ship duties-paid, so the checkout price is the full price. Where that isn't possible, you may be charged import duty or VAT on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and we can't refund them.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend it once you've covered postage again — we can't absorb that on a made-to-order item.
